Porcelain worktops are manufactured from natural clay minerals fired at extremely high temperatures — typically over 1200°C. This process creates a surface of exceptional density and hardness that is virtually impervious to staining, scratching and heat.

Available in large-format slabs with a slim 12mm profile, porcelain brings a distinctly contemporary look to the kitchen. It can replicate the appearance of marble, concrete, wood and other materials with remarkable fidelity.

Exceptional heat resistance

Porcelain can withstand temperatures up to 1200°C — far exceeding any kitchen use. Hot pans can be placed directly on the surface without risk of damage.

UV resistant

Unlike some other materials, porcelain will not fade or discolour when exposed to direct sunlight — making it ideal for kitchens with large windows or bi-fold doors.

Scratch resistant

Porcelain scores 7–8 on the Mohs hardness scale, making it one of the most scratch-resistant worktop surfaces available.

Non-porous

Porcelain is completely non-porous and requires no sealing. It is highly resistant to staining from oils, wine, coffee and other common kitchen substances.

Slim profile

Available in a 12mm slim profile, porcelain creates a sleek, contemporary look that works beautifully in modern handleless kitchens.

Lightweight

Despite its strength, porcelain is lighter than granite or quartz — making it easier to handle during installation and reducing load on kitchen units.
